Clinical Supervision Options
-
Individual Supervision
Individual supervisions focus only on your growth as a therapist giving you space to succeed and stumble in a trusting non-judgemental relationship. Virtually or in-office, you’re welcome to lean on our supervisory relationship when things feel tricky.

-
Dyadic Supervision
A dyad gives us the opportunity to focus on you and another peer. This creates a supportive environment that provides a lot of validation and recognition. As you already know, it can be hard to share our challenging or stuck moments. Dyads are a softer landing for those wanting to build peer connections in a smaller group.

-
Group Supervision
In group we share stories about learning and using new skills, practice new skills together, validate peers that notice their own triggers and pulls in their work with clients… The energy of group supervision is really exciting.

More than supervision—a professional development community designed to help you grow into the therapist you want to become.
Starting your career as a therapist can be exciting, but it can also feel isolating. Many early-career therapists are looking for more than supervision hours—they're looking for a place to ask questions, reflect on their work, build confidence, and connect with peers who understand the realities of this stage of practice.
That's exactly what this community is designed to provide.
Through weekly group clinical supervision, we'll explore real client work while strengthening your clinical thinking, relational skills, therapist presence, and confidence in your own clinical style. Along the way, you'll build meaningful connections with other early-career therapists who are growing alongside you.
Is this community for you?
This community is designed for new graduates and early-career psychotherapists who want to:
Build confidence in their clinical work.
Strengthen relational skills and therapeutic presence.
Develop their own authentic clinical style.
Meet supervision requirements while receiving meaningful support.
Feel connected to a community of peers instead of navigating the early years of practice alone.
